Parents use the online Pack Builder to choose a budget, select products and packaging from our curated catalogue, write a personalised thank-you note, and place an order. We source everything, hand-assemble each pack, print the cards, and deliver directly to your door — ready to hand out to guests.

Celebration Gifting was founded in 2023 as an Instagram page and has since delivered over 500 orders with a 4.9-star average rating. The online Pack Builder launched in 2026, making it easier than ever for parents across India to customise and order from home.
How much do return gift packs cost?
Packs start from ₹150 per pack and go up depending on the products and packaging you choose. You set your own budget in the Pack Builder and all items are filtered to fit within it. There are no hidden charges at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, and net banking — all processed securely through Razorpay. Payment is required in full at the time of placing the order.
Can I use a coupon code?
Yes. Coupon codes can be entered during checkout. Only one coupon may be applied per order. Codes are subject to their individual terms — minimum order value, expiry date, and usage limits.
Can I see the products before adding them to my pack?
Yes. Every product and packaging option in the Pack Builder has multiple photos and a full description. Click any item card to open a detailed view showing all images before you add it to your pack.
Is the thank-you card really free?
Yes. A personalised printed thank-you card is free with every order. You can choose from 4 pre-written message suggestions or type your own message (up to 160 characters). The custom theme design is the only add-on that costs extra — ₹10 per pack.
What is the Custom Theme Card add-on?
For ₹10 per pack, your thank-you card can be designed to match your child's birthday theme — Unicorn, Batman, Barbie, Dinosaurs, or anything else. After placing your order, our team will contact you on WhatsApp to confirm the theme details before printing.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order is 5 packs. There is no maximum — bulk orders of 100 or 500+ packs are handled regularly.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Standard orders are packed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of order confirmation. Orders with a custom theme card take 3–4 business days. Delivery timelines after dispatch: 1–2 days locally in Hyderabad, 3–5 days to other cities across India.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Changes may be possible if the order has not yet been dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible with your order ID and the change you'd like to make. Once sourcing or packing has begun, changes cannot be guaranteed.
How will I know when my order is confirmed?
After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation page with your Order ID. Our team will reach out to you on WhatsApp within 2 hours to confirm all details and next steps. Keep an eye on your WhatsApp from the number you provided at checkout.
What if my order arrives damaged or with wrong items?
If packs arrive damaged or contain incorrect items, contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with photographs. We will assess the issue and arrange either a replacement for the affected packs or a proportional refund. See our Returns Policy for full details.
Can I cancel my order?
